Private Events
If your planning a special event for your little one and would like a unique way to make it special, why not consider our Sensory Event packages to enhance your child’s party or celebration.
We love creating unique small worlds, sensory sensations, and engaging activities which children will love exploring and making memories.
All our packages include a comprehensive set up of play areas, all materials and equipment for each activity, and pack away/clean up of sensory event spaces. We will meticulously plan and prepare multiple experiences which relate to an agree’d theme, and will liaise with the host to create a uniquely special event.
*We are also available for corporate events, specifically family events, and can develop individualised programs/sessions to cater to your companies needs. Please reach out to us to discuss options. Please be aware corporate events will require constant Barefoot Explorer personnel to remain at the event to conduct the session and will in-turn incur a larger fee than the mentioned private event packages.
Mini
Our mini event package is our smallest option and would cater to an intimate occasion for younger attendees. This package includes the set up of 2-3 simple stations, usually consisting of 2 sensory experiences (1 wet/1 dry) and a quiet mat area.

Basic
Our Basic event package is our value option and would cater to most small to medium gatherings. This package includes the set up of 5 stations, including a variety of sensory experiences.

Advanced
Our Advanced event package is our top end option and would cater to most medium to large gatherings. This package includes the set up of 7- 8 stations, including multiple wet and dry sensory experiences, small world creations, potion/fizz/reactionary play opportunity, as well as a quiet mat area. This session has the flexibility to have us present during the event to monitor and replenish stations and time allocations will be negotiated (however we do not take on any supervision responsibilities and will not hold duty of care for any attendees)
